DENTAL CARE FOR YOUR DOG

Dental Care

Your puppy’s sharp baby teeth will begin to fall out between 3 to 4 months old. All of their baby teeth should fall out by age 7-8 months. During this time your puppy will want to chew on things, we recommend antlers, Nyla Bones or CET chews. PLEASE AVOID Raw Hides as they are a choking hazard. We can recommend a good and healthy dental chew once the baby teeth have all fallen out. Your veterinarian can recommend how often to clean their teeth once all baby teeth have come out and permanent teeth have emerged.
